Request for Advances:
To request an advance of amounts from Projetos, it is necessary to complete the Form FIN 014 Solicitação e Autorização de Adiantamento.
Advances for cash supply have a maximum concession limit of R$ 2,000.00, amounts above will be subject to analysis.
For Accounting for Advances:
The maximum period for reporting advances is 60 days, no new advances will be granted while the Project has any outstanding advances.
To provide accounts for advances, it is necessary to complete Form FIN 010 Prestação de Contas de adiantamentos.
All requests for reimbursement of expenses related to the acquisition of materials and small expenses made directly by the project team will be processed exclusively through the Coordinator Portal – SAGI.

To pay Patient Cost Assistance, the form FIN 015 Recibo de Ajuda Custo a Pacientes must be completed.
CLARIFICATION ABOUT TFD COST HELP: as stipulated in the legislation, TFD Treatment Outside the Home – is a benefit defined by a federal government ordinance, which aims to provide assistance to patients served by the public network or contracted/contracted by the Unified Health System. Health – SUS to assistance services from another Municipality/State.
TFD – Treatment outside the home – articles 197 and 198 of the 1988 Federal Constitution; Organic Health Law No. 8,080, of September 19, 1990, regulated by Federal Ordinance No. 055, of February 24, 1999 of the Health Care Secretariat/Ministry of Health.
